(ONEOK Partners) announced it will participate in the Citi One-on-One Master Limited Partnership/Midstream Infrastructure Conference on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, and Thursday, August 23, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
