Howard Gittis, a member of the Board of Directors of Scientific Games Corporation, passed away on September 17, 2007.  Mr. Gittis also served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
