Item 3.01  Transfer of Listing.

 

On November 14, 2007, Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its common stock and Class B warrants, trading symbols “ASTI” and “ASTIZ,” respectively, had been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market beginning November 14, 2007.  Before November 14, 2007, the common stock and Class B warrants traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market.  A related press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
