On March 25, 2008, Array BioPharma Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has filed an Investigational New Drug (IND) application for ARRY-614 with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and is now able to proceed with a Phase 1 clinical trial.  The full text of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
