As previously announced in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Digimarc Corporation (the “Company”) on July 16, 2008, the Company will host a webcast conference call on Friday, July 18, 2008, beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET (the “Webcast”), to discuss the new spin-off company, DMRC Corporation, which will own the Company’s digital watermarking business.

 

A copy of the slides to be presented at the webcast are attached as Exhibit 99.1. The slides will also be available on the Company Presentations section of the Company’s Investors page at www.Digimarc.com.
