ITEM 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Safety Insurance Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 21, 2010.  At the meeting:

 

1.               Frederic H. Lindeberg was elected as a Class II director of the Company  to serve a three year term expiring in 2013; and,

 

2.               the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2010 was ratified.
