Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
The management of South State Corporation (the Company) will participate in the Sterne Agee Financial Institutions Investor Conference in Boca Raton, Florida on February 11-13, 2015. John C. Pollok, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, and William C. Bochette, III, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, will meet with analysts and institutional investors, and will provide the attached investor presentation on Thursday, February 12, 2015. A copy of the presentation was made available on the Companys website (http://www.SouthStateBank.com) on February 10, 2015, and is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
