(1) On March 17, 2014, the reporting person contributed 6,600 Alkermes plc ordinary shares to the Jody Corey-Bloom Charitable Trust dated February 23, 1996. The reporting person is a co-trustee and the reporting person and his wife are beneficiaries of the trust. The reporting person continues to report beneficial ownership of all of the Alkermes plc ordinary shares held by the trust but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his wife's pecuniary interest therein.
(2) On March 17, 2014, the reporting person contributed 3,400 Alkermes plc ordinary shares to the Floyd E. Bloom Charitable Trust dated February 23, 1996. The reporting person is a co-trustee and the reporting person and his wife are beneficiaries of the trust. The reporting person continues to report beneficial ownership of all of the Alkermes plc ordinary shares held by the trust but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his wife's pecuniary interest therein.
