Other Events

On February 12, 2008, General Moly, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company had completed its listing application process with the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”). The Company commenced trading on the TSX on Thursday, February 14, 2008 under the symbol “GMO.” A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
