Effective April 6, 2015, Howard F. Hill, the Chief Operating Officer of RF Industries, Ltd. (the “Company”), announced that the was taking an indefinite medical leave of absence. In connection with his medical leave of absence, Mr. Hill resigned as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, and he and the Company agreed to terminate Mr. Hill’s employment agreement. Mr. Hill will, however, remain on the Company’s Board of Directors.
