The Company anticipates that it will report a net loss of an estimated $278,217 for the period ending December 31, 2012 versus a net loss of $1,347,047 for the period ending December 31, 2011. The decrease in net loss is primarily related to a reduction of general and administrative expenses and an increase in other income, including other income from debt forgiveness.
