Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results
On January 31, 2006, MicroStrategy Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2005. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
