On October 10, 2006, Veri-Tek International, Corp. issued a press release announcing its anticipated Third Quarter Sales attributable to its recently acquired subsidiary, Manitex, Inc. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
