Section 8—Other Events.

Item 8.01—Other Events.

On May 9, 2008, Ottawa Savings Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.05 per share which was declared by its Board of Directors on May 8, 2008. The dividend will be payable on or about June 25, 2008 to stockholders of record as of June 9, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
