On June 19, 2012, Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) elected Mr. Alfred Zollar to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, for a term ending at the 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 20, 2012 is being amended hereby to report Mr. Zollar’s appointment as a member of various committees of the Board of Directors.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 18, 2012, Mr. Alfred Zollar was appointed to the PSEG Finance Committee, the PSEG Fossil Generation Operations Oversight Committee and the PSEG Nuclear Generation Operations Oversight Committee, effective immediately.
