Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 18, 2006, Bristol West Holdings, Inc. (“Bristol West”) issued a press release announcing that Jeffrey Dailey, Bristol West’s President and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to make a presentation (the “Presentation”) at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Insurance Conference at the Sheraton Hotel in New York City. The Presentation is currently scheduled to begin at approximately 2:30 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, September 7, 2006. A live audio webcast of the Presentation will be accessible through Bristol West’s website, www.bristolwest.com. The link may be accessed by selecting “Investor Relations” on the home page and then clicking on the webcast icon. Bristol West will announce any changes to the timing of the Presentation through its website at www.bristolwest.com
