On April 2, 2018, Marathon Petroleum Corporation (the "Company") posted a presentation titled "Feb. 1 Dropdown Impact to First-Quarter 2018 Outlook," including an illustrative impact to Net Income Attributable to MPC, to the "Market Data" tab on the Company's Investor Relations website, which can be accessed at http://ir.marathonpetroleum.com by clicking on "Market Data."
At this website location, the Company intends to update certain financial and statistical "Market Data" information and provide such updated Market Data information on its Investor Relations website no later than the close of business on the second business day following the end of each month, and may also provide one to two additional updates within each month.
