On February 25, 2008, The Hershey Company (“Company”) announced that, on February 22, 2008, Edward J. Kelly, III notified our Board of Directors that, due to increased demands related to the recent change in his professional occupation, with regret he has elected to resign as a director of the Company, effective immediately.
