On January 11, 2010, United Air Lines, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of two private offerings of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2013 and $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 12.000% Senior Second Lien Notes due 2013.
