Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 2, 2010, Federal Signal Corporation (the “Company”) announced that David Janek has been appointed to the position of President of the Company’s Safety and Security Systems Group effective March 1, 2010. Most recently, Mr. Janek served as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller. Previously Mr. Janek served as the Vice President of Finance for the Safety and Security Systems Group. Mr. Chad Pisha, who currently serves as the Assistant Controller, will serve as the interim Corporate Controller and Mr. William Barker, who currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Chief Accounting Officer.
