Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

     On May 2, 2007, Triple-S Management Corporation announced that it is assessing the possible acquisition of La Cruz Azul de Puerto Rico. The Company stated that its evaluation of the transaction is still underway and that it has not made a final determination. Finally, the Company noted that any acquisition would be subject to the prior approval of the corresponding regulatory agencies, including the approval of the Puerto Rico Commissioner of Insurance.
