Item 8.01.      Other Events.

On April 25, 2005, the Registrant announced that it had been notified by the Singapore Tourism Board that it has qualified to participate in the Request for Proposal for an Integrated Resort that will be issued by the Singapore Government in the second quarter of 2005. There can be no assurances regarding the Registrant’s business prospects with respect to this opportunity.
