Stryker Corp. (NYSE: SYK) will pay a premium of approximately $662 million in cash to acquire Entellus Medical Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTL). Shares of Stryker slipped 61 cents to close at $151.15 while Entellus Medical stock surged $7.98 to close at $23.99.
