Shareholder groups urge 'no' vote on GE exec pay

In August, GE changed Culp’s pay package in order to keep him at the helm of the company for longer. In so doing, it significantly lowered the target share prices that trigger awards for Culp, a reflection of the hit to the market caused by Covid-19, according to GE.
