St. Louis Character: BioGenerator Ventures' Matt Helms balances startups and his own popcorn business

For seven generations, Matt Helms’ family has operated a farm in Belleville. He carries on the family’s agriculture tradition in several ways, including his involvement with food and agriculture technology startups through BioGenerator Ventures, as well as creating a popcorn business he runs with his wife.
