On February 2, 2011, we announced we will present at the Credit Suisse Energy Summit on Thursday, February 10, 2011, in Vail, Colorado.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.  
 
John W. Gibson, our president and chief executive officer and chairman, president and chief executive officer of ONEOK Partners, GP, L.L.C., the general partner of ONEOK Partners, L.P., will present at the conference at 7:35 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (8:35 a.m. Central Standard Time).

The conference will be webcast and will be accessible on the ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners websites, www.oneok.com and www.oneokpartners.com. A replay of the webcast will be archived for 30 days after the conference.
