Other Financial Information
Cash and Short–Term Investments
Cash and short-term investments amounted to approximately $595 million on
January 31, 2002. This is down approximately $65 million from December 31, 2001
primarily due to payment of deferred transportation taxes and Horizon aircraft
lease payments made in January.
