Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

The Registrant signed a consulting agreement dated June 15, 2006 with Biologics Consulting Group, Inc., whereby Biologics Consulting Group will provide the Registrant with biologics regulatory consulting services in consideration for the consulting fees as set forth in the consulting agreement, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
