On October 18, 2005, Monster Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the acquisition by KJB Holding Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, on October 14, 2005 of JobKorea Co., Ltd. for an aggregate cash purchase price of approximately $94 million, net of cash acquired.  A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1
