On August 9, 2007, Supreme Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2007.  A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02, and the foregoing description of the Press Release is qualified in its entirety by reference to Exhibit 99.1.
