ServiceSource International, Inc. (the "Company") announced on September 16, 2014 that Richard Genovese resigned as the Company's President of the Managed Services Business Unit due to an unexpected medical issue. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
