Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On February 18, 2010, IsoRay, Inc. (the "Company") issued a corrective press release, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, to the release made on February 16, 2010 announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2009.
