On February 2, 2015, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that its two subsidiary banks, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Hazard, Kentucky and First Federal Savings Bank of Frankfort, Kentucky will merge, subject to regulatory approval.
