On February 20, 2008, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the "Trust") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.

On February 20, 2008, the Trust made available on its website a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and operating statistics for the three months and year ended December 31, 2007.
