On March 7, 2012, at approximately 12:10 p.m. Eastern Time / 11:10 a.m. Central Time, Steve Childers, Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), is scheduled to present at the Raymond James Institutional Investor Conference (the “Conference”).
The event will be an audio only webcast and can be accessed from the “Investor Relations Events” section of the Company's website at http://ir.consolidated.com. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are the PowerPoint slides that Mr. Childers will use at the Conference.
