On November 25, 2013, Federated National Holding Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the closing of its offering of 2,781,395 shares of common stock, which includes 362,790 shares sold pursuant to the exercise in full of the 30-day option granted to the underwriters to cover overallotments, at a price to the public of $10.75 per share. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
