On September 16, 2010, we announced the resignation, effective October 1, 2010, of our chief financial officer, Charles M. Sonsteby, who accepted an executive position with a private retail company. We also announced that Guy Constant, our Senior Vice President of Finance and Chili's CFO, will assume the responsibilities as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Constant has been in various senior financial, compensation and investment relations roles since joining us in 2004.On September 16, 2010, we issued a press release announcing these developments. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
