  1. What is the impact of the merger on our tuition reimbursement program?

We currently have no plans to make any changes to the tuition reimbursement program prior to the merger. Of course, as always, CME retains the right to make benefit changes at any time.

During the transition process, we will evaluate the various rewards programs of the two companies—benefits, compensation, paid time off, etc. We will provide updates throughout this process.
