Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 29, 2007, Citadel issued a press release announcing that Citadel’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on Citadel’s Common Stock to be paid on February 27, 2007 to shareholders of record on February 12, 2007. A copy of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
