On May 30, 2007, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended April 30, 2007 and released FY08 Q1 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheet for TiVo Inc.’s first quarter earnings conference call. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and a copy of the FY08 Q1 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheet is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
