Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 15, 2008, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s financial results for the period from October 29, 2007 to December 30, 2007. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
Also on January 15, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $150 million of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
