Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated May 29, 2009 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires.

By letter dated May 29, 2009, the Company reported that its wholly owned subsidiaries Inversora Bolivar S.A. and E-Commerce Latina S.A. have acquired 6,500,000 and 5,580,700, respectively, book entry nominal value Ps. 1 Class D ordinary shares of Banco Hipotecario S.A., for a total amount of Ps. 5,942,096.62 and 5,101,701.32, respectively, in the open market. These acquisitions were informed by Inversora Bolivar S.A. and E-Commerce Latina S.A. to the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores by letters dated May 21, 2009, and May 22, 2009.
