On August 29, 2013, Actavis, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services, Glass Lewis and Egan-Jones have recommended that the Company’s shareholders vote in favor of adopting the transaction agreement in which the Company will acquire Warner Chilcott plc. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
