Departure of Directors or certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 26, 2014, the Board of Directors of Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Robert Barker, age 63, to the position of Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.

Until his current appointment, Mr. Barker served as the Company’s Director of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting since December, 2012, prior to which he served as Manager, Financial Reporting since June, 2007. Mr. Barker is a certified public accountant.
