On November 18, 2014, Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing initial phase 1 data on AG-120, its first-in-class inhibitor of IDH1mutations in patients with advanced hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia. The Company presented this data on November 19, 2014 at the 26th Annual EORTC-NCI-AACR (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer, the National Cancer Institute and the American Association for Cancer Research) symposium on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics.
