On May 14, 2015, Herbalife Ltd. issued a press release announcing the decision by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to grant final approval of the class action settlement in the matter of Bostick v. Herbalife International of America, Inc., et al. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
