On October 15, 2015, The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (PNC) announced that Joseph C. Guyaux will retire as Senior Vice Chairman of PNC and president and chief executive officer of PNC Mortgage, effective in the spring of 2016. PNC announced that E. William Parsley, III will succeed Mr. Guyaux as head of PNC Mortgage. Mr. Parsley will remain Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer of PNC.
