As previously disclosed in a Form 8-K filed on February 16, 2016, on February 12, 2016, American Airlines filed a Petition in Tarrant County, Texas seeking a declaration from the Court that a certain notice given by American Airlines pursuant to the agreement between American Airlines and Gogo was adequate.
On February 22, 2016, Gogo issued the following statement:
“Gogo announced today that American Airlines has dismissed the declaratory judgement action it filed against Gogo on February 12, 2016.”
