ITEM 8.01

Other Events.

On March 1, 2019, Enbridge Inc. (“Enbridge”) issued a press release announcing that the State of Minnesota (the “State”) has provided Enbridge with the permitting timeline for the State’s agencies’ remaining environmental permits for the Line 3 Replacement Project. The permitting timeline provided by the State indicates that the certifications on all remaining State permits required for the construction of Line 3 will be provided by November 2019.
