Annual Meeting

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cardtronics, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that the 2013 Annual Meeting of the Company’s Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 5:00 p.m., central daylight time, at our principal executive offices, which are located at 3250 Briarpark Drive, Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77042.

Record Date

The Board has established the close of business on March 20, 2013 as the record date for the determination of the stockholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting and at any adjournments or postponements thereof.
